Reuters reports that a Chicago man filed suit against uber-corp. Microsoft after finding his recently-purchased 360 wasn't performing so next-gen, afterall. Citing his unit's tendency to overheat and freeze up, Robert Byers maintains the error is a design flaw and details the flaw in his suit. Byers claims the power supply and central processing unit overheat and cause the system to lock up.
